Rate and payment
Your searching and maximum rate per anna in rupees, the cash you have ready, and whether a bank loan makes up the rest. A rate per anna is how plots here are priced and compared.
Road access and width
Blacktop, gravel or earthen road, and the minimum width in feet your plot needs. Road access decides what you can build and what a plot is worth.
Preferred facing
East, south, north-east, or any direction at all. Facing matters here for light, access and Vastu, so we record it rather than guess it.
